i had given a ordered to a online shopping company named kaunsa.com at july 2,2012 a tablet bsnl panta model n0. 701 but i payed rs. 3499.00 by my credit card but after one month no delivery any produ. i call to many time to the company . i call to campany said to back money you a/c of payed. the hdfc send me the goods delivery document that no mention any curier name and docate no of delivery show at 3rd july 2012 by my shop. pls. solution that i have two time send to dispute form to the hdfc bank said to forword you complaint to senior but no solution.
