With deep ingratitude I would like to bring into the notice of Samsung management about the irresponsible act of their personals at Bangalore Service center.
A month back my Samsung notebook has got its display damaged. From samsung customer care I could get the service center details. I did call them and inform them of the issue and also mentioned that I got to replace the display hardware. They asked me to visit there service center which is 20 KM away. On my visit they informed me that hardware is not available and I should come next week. I really do not understand, when they knew my Notebook’s model number and also well aware of the problem that I explained them over phone, just to say the hardware is not available, they should not ask their customers to travel all the way across the Bangalore.
I again received a call from the same person and he said the hardware is now available and I can come any day before 5:30 PM as by then the service center closes. The next day I had taken half day leave from my office and visited the service center to get the hardware replaced. I was there at the spot at 4:30 PM and the personals asked me to come next day giving the reason that store is closed. I could still had understand their problem, but the way they behaved was more troublesome.
Now I do not have courage and time to keep visiting the service center just to know how bad these guys are doing their job. Neither I will think to buy any other Samsung products in future.
Samsung being such a huge brand, just can not imagine that their service centers do not care for their customers. Atleast Samsung higher management should evaluate the behavior and commitment of their engineers before authorizing there service centers.
