I had dispute regarding mobile charges with Vodafone.
So , i refuse to pay the bill.
One day i received the call from Vodafone retention center where in the person has agreed to provide a discount, so i asked him to email , so it shall be something in written as a proof will be with me.
I received following email

As discussed,
December internet charges are Rs 4841
Reversal will done in coming bill of Rs .3841 for internet charges,
You have to pay Only 1000 rs. From internet charges.
And the reversal will reflect in your coming bill .

After this i have paid the bill charges, but the Vodafone has not offered the reversal.
I had raise this issue with nodal officer, appelete they have refused saying we ca not offered the bill detail
I received following reply from nodal officer

As confirmed by Vodafone i have paid 2000 Rs earlier , however with this kind of email the Vodafone is demanding more money also not returning my 2000Rs.
Friends i have lost hope in Vodafone please help me what should be my next step.
