My name is Aruna. My credit card number : 5241 7800 0167 7587. In november I didn’t received the stmt so i didn’t made the payment. In december I made the pymt of Rs. 7576/-. In Jan month also I have make the payment of around Rs.4500/- (late pymt, interest & service tax) of december as made the payment less. Last month EMI payment was Rs.3788.25/- due date was on 02-Mar-13 & I made the pymt of Rs.3788/- on 18-Feb-13 through my saving account in axis bank as bank is not accepting more the rs.3788/-. I received this month the statement for Rs.3995.14/-. When I checked with customer care they said that due to 0.25ps we didn’t received complete payment. the interest charge Rs.184.65 & service tax Rs. 22.82 this charges is levied to my account. There are fooling the customer. Axis Bank is fraud company.
