Dear Sir,
My mobile purchased from MG Ezone, Vasanth Vihar, New Delhi,vide invoice no 1134(09-10) on 28 Jun 09(bill made in the name of my daughter Diya Paul),developed horizontal lines on its display and was taken to your service center- Mereena Electronics, Authorised Samsung Service Center, TC 28/986(1), Sree Kandeswaram Fort PO, Trivandrum, India, on 7/1/2010. They had promised to return it after rectification within 2 to 3 days. Since then I have been contacting them every 3 to 4 days for the last 40 days in vain. They keep saying that the spare part has not been received by them and hence it has not been repaired. You know that a mobile is something very personal and extremely important for an individual in her day to day life. I earnestly request you to intervene and ensure that it is repaired immediately and handed over to me at the earliest. I was under the impression that Samsung was a company of great stature & it takes pains to keep customer satisfaction level high. Unfortunately my experience has not been very encouraging.I even wrote a letter to their customer care site online but they have not even responded. I hope i will receive adequate redressal to my grievance from you.
