cheating consumers of EMI schemes

Name of company/service: Next retail electronics

Hey,
I had bought an Ac from Next Electronic

showroom mira rd mumbai 15 days back, saying

that the payment will be in EMI of 6 months.
But afer a few days when i asked the Bank

dept they told me that it is not intimated

by the merchant about EMI.
I contacted the showroom again and they told

me that it will be done in next 3-4 days,

but again after 8 days i came to kow from

the bank that it is still not done.
And now i have recieved the bill for 30

thousand whole, which i cannot pay, failing

to which i will be penalised by the banck

for no faults of mine.
This thing has been told to the showroom and

to the HO too, but i see no results.
It is an exmaple or irresponsible work by

Next retails, which has put me under

pressure of payment of this big amount.
I dont know now how i will pay this amount

withing next 10 days.
please show me a way to come out of this.
