I recharged my sim card with a plan of 250 which provides me balance and data plan of 3g 1gb and 2g unlimited.last night by mistakely i activated a small plan of 5Rs which provides 50 mb of 2g. “The policy of company is that if we activate another plan,the previous plan will lapse”. “This was not informed by company”. I have been charged Rs 98 without information.mow they are interested in helping us.
So kindly take some action against it
