Passport Seva Kendra, Appointment Failure

Name of company/service: PSK Pune

I have been trying last 15 days to take an appointment at PSK Pune for my passport re-issue. The system gets closed in 1 or 2 minutes after it starts, I log in at exact time and try to take the appointment, every time it says “Total number of slots exceeded” and throw me out. This is not acceptable approach of getting an appointment, I am wasting half an hr everyday for this.
