I have purchased a Brother laser printer DCP 7065DN on 7th May 2012. But the fuser of the printer get melted very frequently. Same is being replaced by 2 times by the company but now it again melts and now they are refusing to replace but it is still under warranty. On Contacting other printer services, they are telling that this is the manufacturing defect of the printer as it is taking excess current which melts the fuser so they suggested me to ask for the refund but the brother officials were refusing to give the replacement. saying that problem is in my power supply of my house. I have tested the same also and it is fine.
Please suggest me how to file case against this or from where i can get the remedial action
