I have recharged with Rs.24 ( Special Recharge ) on 9th march 2013. As per the scheme If i recharge with Rs.24 I can make all Local On network Calls at 6 sec / 1 paisa and STD on network calls at 3 sec / 1 paisa ( 20 paisa per min ) but I am being charge 1.2 paisa / second . I also spoke and registered my compain in customercare service, but they said that your scheme is activate but because of conjuction error this problem is happening. I want that my problem should be resolved Properly and the balance which is approx Rs.20 which i lost because of the regular charges applied while i called on network after activation of scheme should be given back to me. moreover, I also need the clarification that when this issue will be solved so that i can start calling on network . Moreover, customer care executives are not providing me complain no. According to them i cant register complain on customer care and only nodal officer can register can register a complain. I also need clarification about it. I am facing this problem since last two days and i really do not wish to use the service of docomo, but this kind of behavior of customer care executives encourage me to stop using Docomo.
