Don’t have internet service due to failure in customer service

Location/place: Hyderabad

Name of company/service: Beam Telecom Pvt Ltd.

We don’t have internet service for the last 4 days. All we requested was change of 6month plan to monthly plan. They don’t let us either pay online by activating the plan change nor they send an executive (like they promised) to collect the money.

We are both Software Engineers & need Internet service at home 24/7. We have called the Customer Service a number of times in the last 4 days and every time, we are told by some agent that it would be done by tomorrow morning. Every time, we insist on talking to a supervisor, the supervisor says that they will get back to us in a couple which never happens.

Due to non availability of internet service due to mere failure in customer care is not acceptable.
