Cancelled order but payment accepted and not responding

Name of company/service: InfoSecure Consulting Pvt. Ltd ( Timtara.com)

I Have purchased online Mobile From Website Timtara.com on 8/03/203 for Rs. 9189/- vide order no-10405956 for my college and immediately after making payment (within 7 minute) I get and email that order has been cancelled and they have not accepted payment theron and I have also make request to my Credit Card customer care that the may stop this payment as this order has been cancelled. Till today my order status is cancelled but why this payment has been made to the party who is cheater and non of their phone number or address is ok.
I have not received any product nor any status.
