Name of company/service: IDEA cellular

Dear Sir,
I am using Idea Telecom service.

Mo No: +91-9425927541

In my Feb-2013 Month bill(bill period 20.01.2013 to 19.02.2013), additional GPRS charges are showing from 09.01.2013 to 19.01.2013 even my billing period is 20.01.2013 to 19.02.2013.

I have contacted 2 times service provider but i have not got any response.
