not given right product

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: BULANDSHAHR (UP)&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: NAAPTOL</p>i bought 1gram gold plated heavy from naaptol they send me defactive product. i call to naaptol they told me by mistake we send u wrong product send that product to naaptol we change that. when i send that product to naaptol they send me same to same product to me. plz solve my problem
