Dear Sir
I would like to draw your kind notice that aforesaid washing machine was purchased by self from Dealer M/S Fundamental Electronics pvt ltd,Kolkata on 28th Sept’2010 with a warrenty period of 2 years, since I purchased the machine it went out of order 3 times within the warrenty period, I had initially requested to change the machine after 2nd servicing was done but my request was turned down stating the problem has been rectified & it won’t re-occur, I even asked for a after service report which can help me in identifying what actually went wrong & what measures were taken to arrest the problem, Alias everytime I was told it is a main PCB defect & same has been rectified. I was completely kept in dark regarding the machine internals & repairs done during the warrenty period, finally when the machine went o/o/order again on 10th Feb it was taken away for repairs on 14th Feb & after one week I was informed on phone by a Company engineer that if I am willing to pay Rs 10,000/- for repairs then the repair work will be undertaken, when I protested that this machine was defective right from the date of purchase and my complains were turned down repeatedly when I demanded to change the set all I was told was the junk set can be handed over to me without repairs if I agree to pay the transport charge, as on date I haven’t recvd any call from Samsung service delivery team confirming the repair progress & estimated date of completion & delivery,
I feel cheated & humiliated for such behaviour of the SAMSUNG Company & seek your assistance for taking up the matter with concerned person of Samsung to replace the defective set which was sold to me.
