MYself Tanmay Kumar, age 32, My mob. 9818502078. 11th march around 10:00 pm, i am surfing the internet through mobile. suddenly i get the message ” Thanks for downloading Val_Game_01 from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 30.” after message Checked the balance Rs 38-30 = 8/-. I shocked, i will never download any game, never go any game website. I called to customer care executive, I told his, why r u detect Rs.3o my balance amount?? he told you download the game. mene unshe kaha mujhe game ka name bhi nahi bata ha, nahi mei game ki website ko janta, jaha se game download kiya. bhir bhi mere paise detect ho gaya, mene kaha aap mere paise return karo, unohe ne kaha it’s one time charged never refund. istere unohe mere paise return nahi kiya. yah en airtel walo ki full gunda gardi chal rahi hai..ishe ter se yah mujhe he nahi pure india ko lute rahe hai, aaye din without any information detect amount. jaldi he en airtel walo par koi karyahi nahi hui to hamare jase aame citizen ko lute rahe hai ” Yeh pehe balance detect karte hai bhi message dete hai…….jab ki pehle message dena chaiya bhir paise detect karne chahiya. en se baat karne ke liya or paise retun lene ke liya har kisi ke pass time hai nahi……isterha en ki dukan sahi chal rahi hai
