This is Soumen Mallick. My SB A/C no is 912010006284948, Axis Bank, City Centre Branch, Durgapur, PIN-713216.I had a balance of around RS 5000.00. In the past 9 months or so my account had been debited with RS 2600.00. In the month of March when I check my account i was shocked. No phone call or e-mail or SMS comes from bank side. How this type of deduction can be made without informing me not a single time. I want my money back as soon as possible. What should I do right now?
