No service and feedback after taking the money for internet installation

Name of company/service: Tikona

Last 3 days I had a great experince with Tikona service.

As per their executive the connection will come with in 2hrs after paying the money.

But I have not received any reply or service from them after 48 hrs also.

Even they are not receiving my calls.

I need the money back from them.
