Harrasment and no network

Location/place: Parel

Name of company/service: Vidafone

I get a call from vodafone saying that it is a very important call and thn they say all our customer service agents are busy we will call you back later

There is no network at my house and the coustomer serive people do not take tge complaint and relese the call when went to the galarey the notes on the number say customer hung up

When i asked for a port out vodafone doesnt release my number to the other service provider

The customer service people have no eticates to talk to the customer infact they say because i have to repeat the same information again and again I have to release the call

And when you ask them to transfer the call to the supervisour they will release the call and say customer was abusing hence call relesed

The customer serives agents wont let the customer complete the issue and interupt and give reseloution reaulting in the customer getting angry and lossing clam over his day

The vodafone store people also do not keep you to their promises and when asked for a manager go out for snacks and smoke and come back aftr 15-20 minutes and say my manager is busy

Because of the network issue my family and my work life is messed up to a huge extent
