I HAD PURCHASED SONY LED TV 26INCH ON INSTALLMENT AND FINANCED BY BAJAJ FINSERV LENDING AND THEY HAVE CHARGED THE INSTALLMENT OF rS. 2878 FOR 9 MONTHS THROUGH ECS BUT AT THE TIME OF FIRST ECS THEY HAVE DEBITED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT RS. 3068 AND WHEN I MADE COMPLAINT FOR THIS THEY HAVE TOLD ME THAT THE HAVE DEDUCTED THE INSURANCE AMOUNT BUT WHEN I SAID THAT I HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY INSURANCE THEN THEY TOLD ME THAT YOU HAVE GIVEN CONFIRMATION FOR INSURANCE IN TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION THEN I SAID THEM THAT CAN I HAVE THAT TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION THEN THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE IS LONG COURT PROCESS SO I DID NOT GET CONVERSATION. AFTER THAT SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE TOLD THEM TO CANCE THE INSURANCE BUT THEY DID NOT CLOSE THE SAME AND I HAVE ALSO GIVEN THE CANCELLATION LETTER TO THE BAJAJ FINSERV LENDING PAYMENT COLLECTION AGENT AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT OF SECOND INSTALLMENT IN CASH HIS MOBILE NUMBER 9062881185 BUT HE DID NOT GIVE THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT COPY OF THAT LETTER AND I HAVE CALLED VARIOUS TIMES IN COMPANY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT YOU SHOULD BETTER PAY THE INSTALLMENT IN CASH OF RS.2878 PER INSTALLMENT SO I PAID THE REMAINING 8 INSTALLMENT IN CASH. WHEN I VISITED TO COMPANY TO COLLECT N.O.C. THEN THEY TOLD ME THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY CHEQUE BOUNCE CHARGES FOR EVERY MONTH AND INSURANCE PRMIUM AMOUNT WITH BOUNCE CHARGES ALL AMOUNTING RS. 13,000 APPROX AND ALL THE PENALTY OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT GET N.O.C AND YOU WILL BE ADDED IN THE DEFAULTER LIST MAINTAINED BY R.B.I. I.E CIBIL RECORDS AND THEY HAVE TALKED WITH ME VERY RUDELY . SO PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I AM GIVING MY LOAN ACCOUNT DETAILS BELOW-
