I hold a Airtel Postpaid connection. Effective 1st of March I am facing a network problem at my residence. I did raise and SR with the customer Support and I was given an SR:49073093. And as per the SR they were suppose to revert back to me by 6th of Mar 2013. On the 7th when I did check the status of the Sr, it has been closed. When contacted the Customer Support at 121, they come back stating that the issue has been sent to there Nodel Office and they had closed the SR. I was not informed about the status and the issue still stands, without the customer’s approval the SR was closed. As a customer my point of contact would be the Customer support and no one else.
Today I did get a call from the nodel office stating that there technical team has come back stating that as the area were we stay is a residential area so the radiation is more. They have requested an approval from the Government for the same. Were is the radiation coming now, it has not been an issue till now. I am using the connection for almost 2 years now. I also hole a Prepaid connection and it works perfectly fine. Is there no radiation issue for prepaid connect. They are giving all stupid reason just to avoid and give me the genuine reason.
Please help me in sorting this issue.
