My name is uday miyatra i am a user of services provided by telecom company named Tata Docomo. Services of this company are disastrous and i am angry this had happen to me 5 times they deducted my balance Rs49.60 on my no 8460042225 on the date March 10,2013 i don’t know why i was just using internet and didn’t touch any of the pop up menu’s when i called customer care they say” our services are temporarily down call us again later” i called twice this time they say” our supervisor can give u r amount back but they are busy right now with another customers” i am losing my temper. This company has irritated me whenever I am online. On 5 i give them 0.1 for their partial service.
