Tata safari is running in bad condition under warrenty period and getting service at commitment time.

I bought new tata safari from dynesty automobile jamsedpur on dec 2011 now it is in warrenty period and the running km is 44000km. My car is getting brekdawn serially my car was repaired last 4 days ago and also charge was taken and hence today again it got breakdawn. So plz refund my money or pay me the charge paid by me to the hire vehicle and pay charge for the harassment as well as loss of Rs.100000.00.
