Dealer charging 6500 rs/- for new LEDTV service and not Giving any Bill

Name of company/service: Ashoka International Electronics , Faridabad Sector 16 , Faridabad

I gave my 2 mnths old LED TV for repairing to the Dealer and now after repairing they are asking for 6500/- rs as service charges and also not giving me any bill for the same. This is ridiculous as being a consumer i have rights to get the Original bill of the service they have done. PLs help in getting the Original bill of repairing.
