2 March 2013 I booked Online Bus Tkt by Red Bus From Pune to Indore In Hans Travels with my Husband aged +60. By SMs I recd Confirmation of TKT from Hans Travels PNR 7248805 at 9.40 AM on 2nd March. But At 4.30PM I got message from Hans Travels office Pune on my mob. abt cancellation of the Bus in Which I booked my TKT. We reached there with my Husband they arranged my travel in other Bus of Hans.When I booked my TKT My seat No. was 13,14.But In another Bus they gave us 25,26 Last Birth, We request for Middle Birth. They told me that we would gave U miidle birth in the Bus.But no body came in the Bus.
In the Back of our birth 8 Peoples Came in the Last Cabin A & B.They drink wine in Bus.When When We got up in the morning My Husband lost his purse. We told Bus driver to stop bus near police Station.But Bus staff ignored it & told me that Purse was in the bus. In Indore we would search Ur purse.
When we reached Indore The attendent of customer care in head office rudly behave and told that any thing possible in Bus.Drinking of wine in Bus was not a issue of that service.We showed wine bottels to staff. Plz Every one carefully travel in Hans Travels because We found that there is no disciplin in that service. They dont have to follow any rules & regulation of Govt.There is no considration of Senior citizen.
