no refund full ticket fare for more than 24 hour delay train

i have booked my ticket through IRCTC for travelling date 22-12-2012 to PNR 2604559887 for ANVT GAYA SPL TRAIN. But there was 24 hours late from its schedule time so i had cancelled my ticket 3 hrs before its schedule time 11:00 pm . But still now i haven’t received my full amount. Even i have mail & complaint to IRCTC for this.

so sir, please help me for this.
