Harrasing us to pay the next installment but have not send and signed the Sale agreement yet

Hi,

I booked a flat in DLF woodland heights bangalore in October 2012. As per the booking agreement we were suppposed to Pay the 20% of the total cost and do the sale agreement in Dec 2012. I did pay the 20% of the price but they are yet to send and sign the sale agreement. I have been following since 2 months now and every time I call up they say that the agreement is ready and they will be sending it in next 2 days. In the meantime they have also send us the 3rd installment notice and have called several and threatened to pay us as otherwise it would mean late payment charges. Its very difficult to reach out to them and even if we do the staff have the audacity to raise their voice and tell you that only thing I can do is to wait for them to send me that agreement. I have also posted written complaints on their website but of no use.

I request you to help me in this.
