Delay in purchased product

Dear sir/madam,
I have purchased a LG 3D LED TV on 16th December 2012 at Girias Shop, Nagarabhavi, Bangalore. With this TV, a LG 3D Blu-Ray Home theater was a gift item from the LG company. But till today i haven’t received the home theater. The LG costumer care and the dealer are not responding properly to my calls. So i please request you to respond for it. Thanking you..
