I was activated a vocabulary service pack at 07.02.13 of my bsnl mobile. yesterday(07.03.13)i was received one message about it like,”your subscription for vocabulary is due for renewal tomorrow. to unsubscribe, sms STOP to 155223 or call on 155223 toll free.” I was send sms. but today i have seen deducted my balance. i was complaint at bsnl website,but no response yet. please help me.
