Cleartrip is the worst online portal I’ve ever used. They are not good when you cancel your tickets that has been booked from their portal. First they will not return your refunded money and then they don’t reply to your mails either.
They even don’t have a proper channel by which we consumer can communicate with them. This because they don’t keep their promises, and eventually consumers get cheated by CLEARTRIP.COM
I suggest everyone to avoid using cleartrip.com
