Dear Concern,
I have ordered online a LG Refrigerator from (www.ebest.in) on 01-mar-2013 for rs.17590/- through Credit card with order no:- 2566. I got a call from their call centre on 1-Mar-2013 confirming for the product delivery on 06-Mar-2013.
But on Monday(04-mar-2013) I called customer care and they refused to deliver the product for which i have ordered. Now i am asking for my refund and calling the customer care they are not reponding at all and putting my call on hold Whenever i am calling them. They agreed to pay my amount but not repsonding my call in any way. In trail mail they mentioned to refund the same still no action has been taken.
