I bought a Sunflame Induction Cooker from Great Eastern Trdaing Co. (28C, NARAYANTALA WEST, V.I.P
ROAD, BAGUIATI KOLKATA 700059. Phone no.2576-0066/0067) on 2nd Oct,2012. Within 4 months, the body of
the Induction Cooker has been Cracked in both sides. The Great Eastern Trading Co. could not help us
and behaved roughly.After arguing they gave us the Phone Number of Sunflame Service Centre (Address:
SUNFLAME ENTERPRISES (P) LTD. C/O. SOUTHERN SERVICE, 3A ISWAR GANGULY STREET, KOLKATA-700020, PH.
(033)40605538/40043510).Then we contacted to the service centre.The person named Mr. Shankar and
Miss/Mrs Receptionist behaved roughly and after long arguing, one of them, named Mr. Ajay Nath assured
that he would help us.After getting assurance from him,we went there to get better service on 27th
Feb, 2013.They kept our induction Cooker and again assured to return it in original form..Though it is
in warranty period, yet they claimed a service charge which we denied to give.They told to keep the
cooker in the service centre and so I kept it there and returned back to home. On the Same day
(afternoon, 27th Feb, 2013), they called me to collect the repaired cooker and I went to collect the
repaired Cooker on 2nd March, 2013 (Saturday). But they gave me a bad-conditioned induction cooker.so
we refused to take it and kept it there..Till now they harassed us and gave no assurance of returning
our induction cooker.Sir, we look forward for the better solution..
