Sahara Q shop giving rice mixed with Oil

Last time when i purchased rice from Sahara Q shop,i found rice filled with oily substance from within making the rice not even worth touching.I have lodged complains on their Customer Care number- +915226656565 twice(14/2/13 and 22/2/13) but strange enough the lady said they don’t give any complain number.
