Breach of Trust by HDFC

Dear Sir,
I have been the victim of most unprofessional and unethical conduct of HDFC Bank. They have breached the common trust that every customer carries with a Bank.

I suddenly found today that HDFC Bank’s Credit Card division has taken away Rs. 61,495.11 from my HDFC Bank’s Savings account without any prior notification to me. Now I’m left with Rs. 962.62 only in my account.

I’m not an absconder. I proactively communicated with HDFC’s credit card division and kept them informed about my status time to time in past. I have made regular payments of EMIs of my credit card loan since last couple of years. Even in the last month I paid the minimum EMI via ATM transfer.

At the moment I’ve lost my job and my wife is seriously ill following her miscarriage of pregnancy. I need to spend money to save her life. But HDFC has ditched me like anything.

I hereby ardently request you to kindly take my complaint and do the needful against HDFC Bank ASAP. I’m in a major trouble; kindly help me and my family.
