sir/madam,

i purchased a pair of shoes from my nearby shop but when i came home and wore i felt tight so i went to
the store directly wearing the shoes and asked for exchange of big number shoes but he says that he will
not exchange as i wore them and says if i had bought the shoes to the store in the same box (packing)
he would have taken and given exchange. Now what should i do he is not taking the shoes and they are
unfit for my size. please help me in resolving this matter.
