Gym Personal Trainer and Membership

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Koperkhairane navi mumbai&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Your Fitness Gym Koperkhairane</p>hi i took yearly package with this gym after 6~7 months i hired a personal trainer with them for 3 months for rs.9000 as rs 3000 for a month due to health issues i cudnt start immediately i asked my trainer if i can start after joining the gym he said its ok i can join anytime so after a montb they gave me another trainer saying my trainer is on another job profile but i could take PT only for a month and my kids started fallung ill but i informed at my gym that i cant come till my kids are well my membership ended in December 13 2012 but my PT sessions are still pemding which they are not ready to provide now for remaing two months they are saying it can be done only for a month.
