Dear Sir,
It is very frustrating that many times I have beared Value Added Charges from My Telcom Service Provide i.e Reliance Communications without any intimation and my account is debited with hefty sums that i cannot bear.Initially I was not able to track this and I was confused with my Balances but Later I found that their is Problem with Value Added Services that are activated in my account without my prior consent. If talk to my customer Service they just tell that services are being confirmed by me. But that is tottaly wrong and even many Customers are just Facing this problem. They people are making huge sums of money by focussing every customers bein debited with some amount that is not trackable. I want to see if their is any proof of confirmation of value added services with themselves. I am confident that they are making money with their technical systems not verified or unaudited by third party.
Please help regarding this.
