I ordered Sony Ericsson mobile handset from India Times Shopping on 22nd March 2012. Order No. 3001030784. Please find attached Original bill with this complaint.
Within few days I got to realize that handset is fault piece and I informed India Times shopping immediately. After several follow up they became ready to replace my faulty handset and they sent me another handset with major problem with its slider.
I informed India Times shopping that you have replaced faulty handset with another faulty handset. After several months of follow-ups and STD calls to Delhi, I finally went to Sony Erisson Serive center for repairing handset.
To my biggest surprise Sony Erison serice ceter refused to service this mobile handset as their system is giving error like
“The phone was not sold in this country”

After that it’s being more than month I am constantly taking follow-ups with India times shopping. They have created case #695443. Every time I called or e-mailed, they tried to fool me around their predefined answers like
“As I can see the details of this complaint, the case manager assigned to this complaint is diligently working with the respective departments to get this issue resolved for you at the earliest. I would request your patience and cooperation, while we conclude a resolution to this complaint and resolve it to the best of your satisfaction.
Thank you for being a valued customer!”
Today, finally I got a call from India Times Shopping saying that we cannot help you in this case?
Please give me justice.
Who is responsible for my trouble?
India Times Shopping who sold me mobile not from India
or
Sony Erisson Service center who denied to repair mobile. (attached Sony errison support team e-mail).
