For refund of amount paid online for getting job

Name of company/service: roozgaar.com, new delhi

Dear Sir/Madam

I have got call from the above said consultancy On 3/3/2013 stating me that you can get a job in leading IT industry at mumbai/pune. you will have to pay only Rs 1180/-. so replied positively to them but when i started paying amount to them they one by one forced me to buy thier different services which total amounted Rs 9600/-.
next day when i asked them that i am not interested and kindly refund my money they replied they cant refund the amount.

now sir/madam as iam a student of MBA i cant afford this much of amount to pay to any consultancy.
