FRAUD IN LAND PURCHASE

Dear Sir,
M/s Vatsalya Builders having office at Pujara Complex(Near Panchpedi Naka), booked four plots in Gaurav-II at Raipur sayiny that the land belongs to M/s Vatsalya Builders & has a T&C approval. But at the time of agreement, it is found that neither the land is in Vatsalya Buildres name nor they have T&C planning approval. Knowing the facts we had applied a application on 31/01/2013 for return our deposited amount.But they always giving alternate time.
