My Ordered Product is not delievered & also they are not making me refund of my money.

I ordered a phone from Timtara.com on 17th may & still it is not delievered to me..
i have already called to their customer care more than 15 times requesting them to cancel my order but they always tells me to send cancellation details at [email protected] & i already sent more than 10 mails to cancel my order but i didn’t get any reply from it….
so i request you to take serious action against this site because this is a fake site….
their commitment was to deliver my product within 10-15 days but now 21 days have been passed & i didn’t got any details of my product…
Please help me to refund my money..
