Instance racharge means wait for 7 days after payment !!!!

Location/place: Kolkata

Name of company/service: tata docomo

3rd March,13 at 9.23a.m I recharged 50 rupees through tata docomo online instance recharge option.But still now not updated in my phone balance,where as 50 rupees already deducted from my bank balance.
I call to docomo customer care they informed me to wait for 48 hours,after expire the time i called then replied call after 7 days.
My question are- instance recharge means wait for 7 days? and why they do not interest to take my complain?
