balance deduction from docomo

Location/place: pune

Name of company/service: studying

During last 20 days i lost almost Rs.200 from my balance. User dont even know when he touches on these advertisements and the balance gets cut within a second. There should be some authentication process which would ask user whether he really wants to subscribe or not. I hope i get my refund and ban these useless advertisements.
