Hello All,
This is inform you that in the month of October my mobile connection [9916387509] has been converted from prepaid to postpaid connection and from 06-Nov-2012 to 21-Nov-2012 my outgoing service was barred for 5 times, whenever I checked with airtel customer care floor managers got typical answer that my outgoing service has been barred due to address verification failed and they had reassinged for address verification but nothing happened and finally my mobile connection was suspended on 21-Nov-2012 due to address verification failed, thereafter on 22-NOV-2012 I had escalated this issue to Nodal Officer and got updated that verification team will call and come to the my residence on 23-Nov-2012 before 12:30PM but nobody from verification team called me or walked in to my residence and again when I called nodal officer on 23-Nov-2012 around 12:30PM I got an unbelievable answer that due to some outage they were unable to send their verification team to my residence on 23-Nov-2012 and assured me that verification team will visit my residence on 24-Nov-2012 before 12:30PM but nobody called me or visited my residence.
Finally today 26-Nov-2012 received call from Nodal officer and she informed me that my address verification is successfully done and my mobile connection is in active state but your nodal officer was unable to answer my questions.
Could you please answer the mentioned below questions
1 Did Airtel conducted a fake verification?
2 Now how did your verification team had confirmed that my address is valid and able to locate?
3 Without visiting my residence or meeting me on what basis verification team had mentioned in your application that address verification is successfully completed?
4 Have they taken my signature on the address verification form?
5 May I know who had signed the address verification form?
6 If I had provided you fake address how will I receive hard copy of my mobile bill to the same address which had mentioned in your CAF ? [52 Anunya 9th Main Road Adithya Nagar 2nd Stage Chikkabettahalli VR Pura, Landmark Near Vidhyaranya College, Bangalore560097 Karnataka]
7 Why my mobile outgoing service was barred for 5 times and suspended my connection?
8 Why should I pay the rental charges whenever you had barred my services?

I would like to add one more thing that today morning I received call from [080-65764072] Trident working for Airtel to carryout Address verification process, when I had a discussion with Miss Vani and Umesh in Trident got to know that the above mentioned agency received the request from Airtel only on 26-Nov-2012 to verify my address and update the status to Airtel and also got to know from them that address verification is not yet done, this shows very clearly that Airtel is misleading me and messing up with my mobile connection by barring and suspending the services without doing the verification part before proceeding for transformation.
1 How did Airtel Nodal office had confirmed me that Address verification has been successfully completed on 23-Nov-2012?
2 Why Airtel did not do the address verification before converting from Prepaid to Postpaid?
3 How did Airtel [Customer care/ Nodal Officer] gave me wrong information?
4 Who will bear the rental charges from the time whenever my mobile services were barred?
5 Why should I pay the rental charges for those days which I have not allowed to use by Airtel
6 Why did Airtel tortured me when there was no mistake from end?

Hello,
Once again on 30-11-2012 my moblie services are suspened due to address verification issue.
Spoke to customer care Floor manager Mr. Arun Kumar and got to know that verification team had updated that i am not intersted to continue with this number due to discrepancy in the tarrif plan.
First of all nobody from address verification team had called me and checked with me about the traiff plan or visited my residence how can they update which i have not told them.
Kindly let me if you can reslove this issue or allow me to port out from your netwok

I would like to add one more thing that today morning I received call from [080-65764072] Trident working for Airtel to carryout Address verification process, when I had a discussion with Miss Vani and Umesh in Trident got to know that the above mentioned agency received the request from Airtel only on 26-Nov-2012 to verify my address and update the status to Airtel and also got to know from them that address verification is not yet done, this shows very clearly that Airtel is misleading me and messing up with my mobile connection by barring and suspending the services without doing the verification part before proceeding for transformation.
1 How did Airtel Nodal office had confirmed me that Address verification has been successfully completed on 23-Nov-2012?
2 Why Airtel did not do the address verification before converting from Prepaid to Postpaid?
3 How did Airtel [Customer care/ Nodal Officer] gave me wrong information?
4 Who will bear the rental charges from the time whenever my mobile services were barred?
5 Why should I pay the rental charges for those days which I have not allowed to use by Airtel
6 Why did Airtel tortured me when there was no mistake from my end?

Finally today 26-Nov-2012 received call from Nodal officer and she informed me that my address verification is successfully done and my mobile connection is in active state but your nodal officer was unable to answer my questions.
Could you please answer the mentioned below questions
1 Did Airtel conducted a fake verification?
2 Now how did your verification team had confirmed that my address is valid and able to locate?
3 Without visiting my residence or meeting me on what basis verification team had mentioned in your application that address verification is successfully completed?
4 Have they taken my signature on the address verification form?
5 May I know who had signed the address verification form?
6 If I had provided you fake address how will I receive hard copy of my mobile bill to the same address which had mentioned in your CAF ? [52 Anunya 9th Main Road Adithya Nagar 2nd Stage Chikkabettahalli VR Pura, Landmark Near Vidhyaranya College, Bangalore560097 Karnataka]
7 Why my mobile outgoing service was barred for 5 times and suspended my connection?
8 Why should I pay the rental charges whenever you had barred my services?

Hello,
Once again on 30-11-2012 my moblie services are suspened due to address verification issue.
Spoke to customer care Floor manager Mr. Arun Kumar and got to know that verification team had updated that i am not intersted to continue with this number due to discrepancy in the tarrif plan.
First of all nobody from address verification team had called me and checked with me about the traiff plan or visited my residence how can they update which i have not told them.
Kindly let me if you can reslove this issue or allow me to port out from your netwok
