vodafone customer care took revenge on me by blocking my sim card

my name is sanjeev and my vodafone prepaid mobile number is 9703857560.i talked to vodafone customer care people in hyderabad on 2nd feb,2013 complaining about my deactivation of Rs46 tariff even though i have validity 2 months or more.after the call ended i got a feedback message about the call.i simply answered negatively as a reply.knowing all this, the customer care person who answered my call previously, called me from his private number and asked why i gave negative feedback,and after that they blocked my sim card as a revenge between 10:15pm to 10:50pm. They did all this intentionally and without my request.Today my sim get blocked and it is not working from morning on wards.and again i called the customer care people on 3rd feb,2013 to complain about this.but,they simply put my call on hold more than 22 min ,and told me that they need to check information and finally disconnected my call.i want to take action on the customer care people and failure service of vodafone. where should i complain for this.kindly do the needful.
