Tata sky most poor service provider

Hi

I changed my set top box today but still can not view the channel the technician promise me that I will be able to see the channels after one hour and signed me the installation report and gone without proper service but after waiting more than 6 hours when I called up the technician he told that the service will be available 30 minutes later but since it did not come I called up customer care again and they forwarded my complain to the same technician but the technician called me and said since I again called the customer care he would not be able to restore my service the complain has been forwarded to Bangalore. I don’t know what Bangalore will do while the local tatasky team can not solve a small issue.The technician mobile no is 9007014600.Did not expected such hopeless service from a brand like tatasky. Request you to please take any action you think suitable.
