We purchased a wall unit and that delivered to us on 25th feb after 10 reminders. They promised it to deliver it at our convinience hours while taking payment but while delivering they said they will leave the material in the building and go as we were in office during that time. Secondly assembling was supposed to be done by 48 hrs of delivery but till now its not done. Their customer care told me it will be done yesterday 7 pm but while i follwed up nobody responded. infact CC was closed that time.
