UNFAIR BALANCE DEDUCTION

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: delhi&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: reliance</p>sir, my reliance numbeq is 7827426320, i have recharge 77 tariff for reliance to reliance 20 paise STD call rate but from this date reliance have charged 50paisa per call, when i have complain reliance have returned 21.50rupees, but fr6 this date i have talked to reliance number about 370 rupees, when again i complain to reliance customer care misbehave with me.he told two tariff in your number,i asked if two tariff then why first tariff not work and why reliance have returned few money,so plz sir
