did not got the full balance on prepaid recharge

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: chittorgarh, rajasthan&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: reliance communication</p>on 23.02.2013 i did a 3G Gprs recharge of an amount of RS.97 through the website of reliance communication insted of 300 mb data and i just got 30 mb. I called to customer care but no problem has not been solved by them .
