refund of rs 9611.00

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: pune&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: kingfisher airlines</p>My kingfisher flight reservation for round trip from pune to delhi got cancelled in october 2012..
The refund is in process from 2nd november 2012 but the ticket amount of rs 9611.00 is not yet refunded back into my account..
i called many times to customer care of kingfisher airlines everytime they say i will gey my amount back..but everytime the date got extended on which the amount will revert back..
please do the needful…
